Fundraisers Personalized Cake Pans: Thank you for your interest in personalized cake pans as a fundraising project for your group. Our Cake pans a 13" x 9" aluminum cake pan with a snap on lid, made right here in the USA by NordicWare .  Pans come in 9 basic designs to choose from OR your group can create their own design and a choice of 4 lid colors (blue, red, green, black). Each pan comes with a design and the name of your choosing engraved on the lid.  You may sell these cake pans anytime of the year, but the deadline for orders to be received in time for Christmas is Oct. 15th. 1) Cost to you for the pans is $17.00 for orders of 30 or more. (There is a 30-piece minimum) You sell the pans for $25-30 each! 2) Shipping is the responsibility of the group and run about $1.00 per pan. (You need to figure this into the cost of the pan and your profit margin.) 3) Payment for the pans is to be sent with the order in the form of a postal money order or cashiers check made out to Precision Laser (All checks and cash you collect must be made out to your organization. You then are to make only one check to Precision Laser.) One of the reasons these cake pans sell so well is that they are personalized. It is for that reason that we require payment with the order. 4) DO NOT send us the individual order forms. All information is to be typed on the Master Fund Raising Form provided. When filling out the Master Form make sure you keep a copy for your records. Always proofread your order, as the group is responsible for any misspelling. REPLACEMENT COST ARE $12.00 EACH PLUS FREIGHT. 5) If you are a non-profit organization we will need a copy of your tax-exempt certificate. If you have no certificate you will be charged sales tax at the rate of .06. These tags have been very popular and have made participating groups LOTS of fundraising money! Each series is custom designed for your campus or organization. Students will get a choice of a mascot tag and a "class of" tag or both. If possible, each school color will be available so the students can have one of each color. (ex, black/mascot tag; gold/class of tag) First tag is purchased by your customer for $5 each (It is up to the school to set the price: $5 is a suggestion), second tag for $3 each. OR you can simply sell a pair of tags for $8.00. You can take orders or buy tags pre-made to sell at school functions and sporting events. Precision Laser is to be paid $2.25 each tag (this price includes a 24" chain).  The school can make up to $2.75 for each tag sold, plus .75 for each second tag sold. As a bonus, I will sell silencers to your group at the cost of .50 each, which they can sell for $1.00 each, thereby doubling your money. Cards can be one sided or two, depending on your needs. You benefit by the money generated by sales of the discount cards; the sponsoring business benefits by free advertising and increased patronage; the cardholder benefits by receiving continuous discounts at each business listed on the card.
