Ordering from us is easy! Click the add to cart button(s) to make your selections; Fill out and submit the personalization form for each item; and check out to pay with Paypal. Any additional order information or image upload can be done via email. Precision Laser customers can feel secure ordering online with Paypal. Owning a Paypal account is not necessary. We will accept: eChecks, Discover, Visa, M/C, American Express, bank transfers. eChecks and bank transfers to need to clear before orders are processed. If you prefer to order by phone or mail, please let us know. Catalogs for awards, weddings, and our complete products are available by request. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.   Customers: We will need a daytime/evening phone number, should the need arise to contact you regarding your order. We also will need your billing and shipping addresses, email address, and any other pertanate information about the order.  Your personal information is held by Paypal online security services and not shared with outside sources. Most items will ship in 2-5 business days, in some cases, 48 hours. However, due to the nature of the items or availability, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. We will confirm the order along with an expected deliver date. If special rush is needed, please contact us. Greyscale or black and white original images work best. If you have any doubt as to the quality of your image, please send it first before ordering.
